Chennai Super Kings, has been ruled out of the 4th Test against the West Indies.<br /><br />The ECB has also said that they cannot risk Flintoff's availability for the Ashes.<br /><br />Flintoff and Kevin Pietersen had been bought for a record 1.55 million US dollars.
